Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Hub Manager to oversee our Lucena operations. Manage store performance, lead your team, and drive sales growth in the Quezon Province area!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage overall store hub operations in Lucena
  • Lead, train, and supervise store staff
  • Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
  • Implement visual merchandising and store standards
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analytics
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Drive promotional activities and marketing initiatives
  • Manage store budget and operational expenses

QUALIFICATIONS

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

✔ 3-5 years of retail or store management experience

✔ At least 1-2 years in managerial role

Background in construction, hardware, or engineering products is a PLUS

✔ Proven track record in achieving sales targets and store KPIs

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔ Good inventory and operations management abilities

✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Must be willing to be assigned in Lucena

✔ Valid driver's license and willing to do field work
