Salary: ₱19,000–₱21,000/month

Job Overview

We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive sales performance, maintain product quality, and develop a disciplined, customer-focused team. The ideal candidate can manage both front-of-house and kitchen operations while ensuring compliance with RICH Taste's Restaurant Task & Operating System (RTOS).

Responsibilities

• Set and execute sales and operational performance goals.
• Lead staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance assessments.
• Monitor inventory, food costs, wastage, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
• Ensure consistent food quality, customer service, and food safety standards.
• Oversee opening, closing, equipment care, and daily store operations.
• Conduct operational audits, resolve issues, and maintain accurate reports.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in QSR, fast-food chains, or fast-casual restaurants preferred.
• Knowledge of POS, inventory, cash controls, and staff management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused, accountable, and committed to operational standards.
