What You'll Do:
- Drive and execute strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage and control operating expenses (OPEX) to maximize profitability
- Lead initiatives to reduce merchandise losses and improve overall margins
- Monitor inventory movement to ensure optimal stock levels
- Ensure availability of key items, including basic never-out products
- Develop, coach, and empower team members through effective training programs
- Proactively address operational challenges to ensure smooth store execution
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course
- At least 4 years of management experience in retail or a related industry
- Strong leadership, analytical, and people management skills
