Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in San Fernando. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff, achieving sales targets, handling inventory, maintaining store standards, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and fostering a positive team environment. The role requires strong leadership to motivate teams and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage store operations and ensure effective Store Management practices
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver an excellent shopping experience
• Excellent Communication skills to lead teams and interact with customers
• Knowledge of best practices in Retail Loss Prevention
• Experience working in retail, including managing a team and achieving sales goals
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
