Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the achievement of store objectives and operations business targets through efficient, effective and innovative leadership.
- 100% achievement of store sales plan through timely and proper planning and communication with key support groups and consistent implementation of corporate and store initiatives on sales building and sales growth.
- Provides feedback / updates to team its sales performance and generates recommendation and intervention on how to effectively implement selling strategies.
- Timely and consistent monitoring and implementation of inventory management service level indicators to ensure accuracy of inventory and security of merchandise both in the selling and stockroom areas.
- Ensures the highest level of customer care and satisfaction by practicing the set customer service standards while attending to customers inquiries and needs.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management or any equivalent.
- At least one year related experience preferably in a retail store.
- With strong background in Sales and Marketing.
- Has managed a team of at least 8 persons.
