Store Manager (eCommerce)

We're hiring: Store Manager | Manila, Philippines

A fast-growing eCommerce enabler operating across Southeast Asia's biggest marketplaces is looking for a Store Manager to own daily store operations and drive store performance above platform targets.

What you'll own:

→ Daily store operations — promo set-up, inventory management, and campaigns, keeping store metrics above platform targets

→ Store operations oversight — guiding CSEAs on daily store hygiene checks, monitoring, and operational/customer concern handling, with daily tracking of key store metrics

→ Promo set-up, enrollment, and checking on seller centers and other internal systems for discounts, GWPs, vouchers, and other campaign deals

→ Inventory management — daily checks on store inventory to monitor stock and propose action plans to the brand/brand manager

→ Campaign management — leading timing and progress of campaigns, working with internal cross-functional teams

→ Reporting — data collection, analysis, and reporting of promo performance for select campaigns

→ Partnering with Brand Managers and Brand Teams on campaign planning

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce

• Knowledge of Seller Center

• Strong attention to detail and database management skills

• Advanced Excel skills

• Able to work independently, with strong data analysis and reporting skills

• Inventory management experience is a plus
