Job Summary
The Store Head reports to Operations Manager. Oversees and accountable of total store operations by ensuring maximum sales and profitability through customer service, inventory, marketing and sales, managing operating cost and people development.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures that policies and standards are implemented as the process champion of selling, front end, warehouse operations and clearing procedures
Training and development and management of seven (7) critical positions of the store: Asst. Store, Front end officer, Warehouse Department Head, 3 Category Department Heads and Store Admin Assistant
Accountable for store target achievement
Manage and control store expenses
Inventory Management
Profitability
Facilities and fixed assets management
Ensures profitability of western union, bayad center and lotto
