This role involves managing all stages of store opening projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, cost & quality management
Creating innovative stores that anticipate future trends, designing individual stores that reflect regional characteristics and customer needs, and devising ways to create retail spaces that are loved by the local community
Developing new store formats and concepts; implementing a transformation in store design with a focus on the shopping experience and integration with e-commerce; promoting sustainable store development
Based on store opening strategies, consistently manage all phases from planning and design through construction and opening to ensure swift and reliable store launches
Implementing store-specific designs and sales floor layouts that respect regional characteristics and customer profiles, aiming to create stores that will be cherished for years to come
Required Experience
Experience overseeing all phases of new store development and existing store renovation, including planning, design, and construction management. Or more than 3 years of overseas work experience, or more than 3 years of experience working in a global company
Strong extroversion, presentation skills, responsiveness, and excellent communication skills with internal and external multi-stakeholders
Practical experience in building and facility-related fields, such as architectural design, interior design, or construction management
In-house experience in design development for store creation within the retail, food service, or service industries
At least 3 years of experience in BIM implementation, business transformation and design, system development and operations, etc., at general contractors, consulting firms, system integrators, or operating companies
Experience building systems for operational efficiency and standardization
Experience using AutoCAD, Adobe software, and BIM (Revit preferred)
