Job Description

Job Title: Store Crew/Cashier

Be part of history as we launch a globally acclaimed bakery brand awarded 3 Michelin Stars in China, right in the heart of Greenbelt, Makati. This is more than a job; it's a chance to lead the Philippine debut of a revolutionary bakery experience known for its artistry, precision, and unforgettable flavors.

Location: Ground Floor, Greenbelt 5, Legaspi St., Makati City

Job Qualification

Friendly and sociable with a love for making customers happy.
Capable of thriving in a busy environment and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Effectively communicates and comfortably interacts with customers.
Comfortable with entertaining customers through dancing or other activities to boost the store's vibe during special events.
Basic math skills for handling payments and giving change.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
At least a college undergraduate or a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
CAN START IMMEDIATELY.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and help customers with a smile, suggesting flavors and answering questions.
Keep the store clean by wiping surfaces, sanitizing equipment, and tidying tables.
Handle money transactions accurately and quickly at the cash register.
Follow safety rules and health guidelines to keep the store safe and clean.
Help receive and organize deliveries, checking dates to make sure everything's fresh.
Work together with your team to serve customers quickly during busy times.
Recommend extra items and let customers know about any special deals to boost sales and keep them happy
Follow store policies and procedures for opening and closing tasks, to ensure smooth operations.
