Job Qualification
- Friendly and sociable with a love for making customers happy.
- Capable of thriving in a busy environment and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effectively communicates and comfortably interacts with customers.
- Comfortable with entertaining customers through dancing or other activities to boost the store's vibe during special events.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and giving change.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- At least a college undergraduate or a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
- CAN START IMMEDIATELY.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and help customers with a smile, suggesting flavors and answering questions.
- Keep the store clean by wiping surfaces, sanitizing equipment, and tidying tables.
- Handle money transactions accurately and quickly at the cash register.
- Follow safety rules and health guidelines to keep the store safe and clean.
- Help receive and organize deliveries, checking dates to make sure everything's fresh.
- Work together with your team to serve customers quickly during busy times.
- Recommend extra items and let customers know about any special deals to boost sales and keep them happy
- Follow store policies and procedures for opening and closing tasks, to ensure smooth operations.
