Role Description The Store-Based Sales Personnel is a full-time, on-site role located in Navotas. This role focuses on assisting customers in-store, providing product information, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive buying experience. The personnel will handle basic merchandising tasks such as organizing displays, monitoring inventory levels, and replenishing stock as needed. Daily responsibilities also include processing sales transactions accurately, issuing receipts, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the store. The role may involve coordinating with supervisors on promotions, complying with store policies, and supporting teammates to meet sales and customer service goals.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage courteously and professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic sales and merchandising skills, including product presentation, upselling, and familiarity with store promotions.
- Numerical and cash-handling skills, with accuracy in operating point-of-sale systems and managing transactions.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain store orderliness, and support inventory monitoring.
- Ability to work on-site in Navotas on a full-time schedule, including weekends or holidays as required.
- At least a high school diploma; college-level education or experience in retail or convenience store operations is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, follow standard operating procedures, and adhere to cooperative and client company policies.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic lifting and stocking tasks safely.
