We are seeking a
highly experienced Stone Technical Manager with strong expertise in
stone materials, fabrication, drafting, cut sheets, and installation for
large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate must have
overseas experience, preferably from a
large stone company in Dubai or the Middle East, and possess a solid technical understanding of the entire stone project process from design coordination to installation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all technical aspects of stone projects, including material selection, fabrication, drafting, and installation.
- Lead coordination between design, production, and installation teams.
- Review and approve detailed shop drawings and stone cut sheets.
- Ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Supervise the preparation of fabrication and installation drawings for large projects.
- Manage communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Provide technical guidance and support to drafting and production teams.
- Ensure smooth workflow from material sourcing to site installation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the stone and marble industry, with at least 5 years of overseas experience (preferably in Dubai or other GCC countries).
- Proven experience in large-scale hotel, commercial, or high-end residential projects.
- Strong technical skills in stone materials, fabrication, drafting, and installation.
- Deep knowledge of AutoCAD, shop drawing preparation, and stone cut sheets.
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
