Role Description
- Tracking of constant movement of items, perform analysis and control stocks movement.
- Monitoring stock level of inventory and ensure that it's within acceptable limit.
- Responsible for timely replenishment of stocks as per established ROP standards.
- Communicates with co-Inventory controller, production planner, and purchaser in order transaction activities and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
- Coordinates with warehouse supervisor/in charge for incoming inventory purchases, transfer and other related activities.
- Prepare monthly report, filing and safekeeping of the said.
- Conduct cycle audit on agreed schedule to verify records of inventory audit vs. Actual.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for endorsement to immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse, or Supply Chain. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock monitoring, and replenishment/ROP.
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
