Shangri-La Boracay

DUTIES
Assist in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department including supervision of cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas.
Requirements
- Experience in an international hotel with the same capacity is an advantage.
- Strong background in F&B Service and Operations.
- A self-starter, must be guest-oriented, with an eye for details, has an initiative and anticipation.
- Oral and Written Fluency in both English and Filipino. Knowledge in other foreign language is a plus.
- A graduate of Hospitality Management/ International Hospitality Management or any related course.
