We're looking for an experienced, detail-driven Steel Estimator who can turn drawings into accurate takeoffs, reliable costs, and professional proposals.

If you understand structural steel, know your way around construction drawings, and can manage an estimate from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Prepare accurate steel estimates and material takeoffs.
• Review structural and architectural drawings to identify project requirements.
• Calculate quantities, materials, labor, and project costs.
• Develop clear, professional project proposals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Track revisions, project details, and estimating documentation.
• Support estimating and project coordination tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in steel estimating and takeoffs.
• Strong understanding of structural steel and construction.
• Ability to confidently read structural and architectural drawings.
• Experience with PlanSwift or Bluebeam is a plus.
• Concrete estimating or construction experience may also be considered.
• Strong English communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.

Bonus: Experience using AI tools to improve estimating, research, or workflow efficiency.
