The Opportunity

We're hiring a Static Graphic Designer for a fast-growing consumer wellness brand — designing and creating graphics and visual assets for ad sets, social media, and internal materials, working PST hours alongside the existing design team.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Ad & Social Design: Design and create graphics and visual assets for ad sets and social media.
• Asset Editing: Edit and enhance existing creative assets, including cropping, resizing, text overlays, and optimizing for different platforms.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent designs.
• Presentation & Internal Materials: Develop visually engaging presentations, internal documents, and reports to support various business functions.

What You Bring

• Experience & Portfolio: 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing modern, minimalist, and professional work.
• Design Tools: Experience in Figma; additional expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
• Speed & Consistency: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality assets in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand consistency.
• Communication & Detail: Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Schedule: Ability to work 9 am–5 pm PST.

Bonus Points if:

• You have experience with video editing or motion graphics.
• You have a background in designing for CPG or DTC brands.
• You're familiar with tools like Asana or similar project management platforms.
• You have experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and creation.
