Job Descriptions:

• Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits for treatments, hospital admissions, and medical procedures.
• Check and provide updates on the status of insurance claims.
• Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness, and obtain any missing information as needed.
• Investigate denied claims and assist with filing basic appeals.
• Handle patient and insurance provider inquiries via phone regarding assigned accounts.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge or background in healthcare accounts is an advantage.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• A consistent work history and a demonstrated record of reliability and professionalism are preferred.
