We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role follows a hybrid work setup, requiring onsite work three times a week at SCB, Ayala, Makati, and follows a US time zone schedule.
What You'll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and non-professional roles
- Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and expectations
- Post job advertisements across recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews
- Endorse qualified candidates and coordinate interview processes
- Manage offer discussions and support candidates through onboarding stages
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and updates in the ATS
- Collaborate closely with internal TA teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2–3 years ofend-to-end recruitment experience (offshore)
- Strong experience in intake calls, candidate screening and interviewing, offer management, candidate care, stakeholder coordination, and documenting recruitment activities within an ATS environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident working with hiring managers and internal talent acquisition teams
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously
