Atain (formerly known as IGT Solutions) is looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals with GDS experience to join our growing team in Alabang, Muntinlupa. As a GDS Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels

Investigate and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner

Handling travel-related requests such as reservations, ticketing, rebookings, and cancellations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)

Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services

Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution

Support continuous improvement in customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

Applicants must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience using a Global Distribution System (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan)

High School Graduates with at least 1 year of call center experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Proficient in English (written and verbal)

Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
