Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Recruiter to identify top talent and support hiring needs across multiple requisitions.

Work Set Up:

For the first 90 days – 100% onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati
Hybrid after the first 9 days – any PSG workspace (Ayala Avenue, Makati, SM North EDSA, Bridgetown, Alabang)

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen qualified candidates based on position requirements.
Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Manage multiple requisitions while balancing competing priorities.
Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process.
Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring requirements.
Track recruitment activity and provide timely pipeline updates.
Maintain organized candidate records and ensure recruitment activities are properly documented.
Independently manage daily priorities while meeting productivity targets and hiring timelines.
Deliver a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience. Background in RPO, staffing, or recruitment services is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and talent pipelines.
Experience communicating with clients or key stakeholders.
Background in RPO, staffing, or recruitment services is an advantage.
