Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Call Center Agents located in Davao. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing timely solutions, supporting customer satisfaction goals, and maintaining high-quality service standards. You will also utilize computer tools effectively to complete tasks and ensure a seamless customer support experience. Training will be provided for those with or without prior experience to ensure your success in the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide effective communication
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy for navigating tools and systems efficiently
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn, with a positive attitude towards teamwork
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an asset but not mandatory
