Job Overview
The position is responsible for operating stamping machines to support production requirements by consistently achieving set line targets, ensuring product quality, and performing trouble shooting minor issues as needed.
Job Requirements
- Achieve the assigned production line targets.
- Load raw materials into the press, operate stamping machines, and remove finished parts.
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Understand and adhere to quality requirements and specifications.
- Perform minor machine repairs and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Accurately log production data, including quantities produced, material usage, and machine downtime.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
- Observe 5S standards and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
What Your Background Should Look Like
- Associate degree preferred or at least a High School Graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production or Machine Operator in a Press Stamping manufacturing company.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation, safety practices, and quality awareness is required.
