Virtual Assistant Intern

The Food Art | Remote | Full-time | 6 months

The Food Art is looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant Intern to support our daily operations and creative projects.

This six-month remote internship offers hands-on experience in food, hospitality, and digital communication. You will work closely with our team, supporting ongoing projects and helping bring our brand's ideas to life.

Your responsibilities

• Support daily operations by organising documents, updating project information, and tracking deadlines.
• Assist with planning, creating, and publishing digital content.
• Help coordinate communication activities and prepare presentations, promotional materials, and project documents.
• Research, collect, and summarise information to support ongoing initiatives.
• Support the management of online platforms and keep content accurate and up to date.
• Participate in team meetings, document action items, and follow up on agreed tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across projects.

What we're looking for

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal English communication.
• The ability to manage assigned tasks independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and online collaboration tools.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to develop new skills.
• An interest in food, hospitality, marketing, or communication.
• Availability for a full-time, six-month remote internship.

Nice to have

• Current studies or a qualification in Business, Communication, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Canva, social media management, or other content creation tools.
• Italian and/or French speaking
