Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Homecare Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in staffing within a home care or home health agency and a strong ability to manage scheduling operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We don't process candidates who don't possess the required qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure full coverage of client needs.
- Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and preferences.
- Handle last-minute call-offs, shift changes, and scheduling conflicts.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client care requirements.
Qualifications
- With at least 3 years of proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator in a home care or home health agency (REQUIRED).
- Prior US background.
- Strong understanding of caregiver scheduling and staffing workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work ASAP.
- Amenable to work nightshift (EST).
