MARKETING STAFF

Salary Offer: P30,000

Incentives: Based on Monthly Target Achievement

Job Summary

The Marketing Staff is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing

plans that strengthen the company's brand presence, expand its buyer network, and increase

sales performance. This role requires a highly skilled and independent marketer who can think

strategically, plan campaigns from concept to execution, and analyze results to drive

continuous improvement. The position demands creativity, leadership, and strong business

understanding to support the overall growth of the wholesale operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to expand buyer networks

and build brand recognition.

  • Conceptualize and lead creative campaigns and promotions that effectively highlight

products and attract consistent customer flow.

  • Manage the company's digital marketing presence (Facebook, TikTok, and other

platforms), ensuring consistent and engaging content.

  • Plan and monitor paid ad campaigns to maximize visibility, lead generation, and buyer

conversion.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer behavior

trends.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Management to align marketing efforts with

actual sales targets and inventory goals.

  • Propose and execute seasonal, clearance, and brand-building promotions tailored to key

buyer segments.

  • Lead the preparation of marketing materials, including digital graphics, videos, posters,

and event displays.

  • Track campaign performance through data reports and recommend adjustments for

continuous improvement.

  • Build and maintain relationships with local communities, influencers, and media

contacts to strengthen marketing networks.

  • Independently manage marketing schedules, budgeting, and timelines with minimal

supervision.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to Management on long-term marketing

direction and brand positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a

related field.

  • At least 23 years of solid experience in marketing, promotions, or brand management.
  • Proven expertise in planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable

business growth.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing, and

content development.

  • Background in customer acquisition, loyalty programs, and brand-building campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work

independently.

  • Advanced skills in social media strategy, ad management, and performance analytics.
  • Established connections in media, trade networks, or related communities is an

advantage.

  • Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
  • Professional certification in marketing or digital advertising is a strong plus.
  • Willing to travel or visit client locations for marketing implementation and business

development activities.
