Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- With an experience working in a hospital/ clinical setup.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication
- Flexibility in work duties and schedule
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Registers patients medical record and data in the system
- Ensure Data Privacy is strictly followed.
- Updates patient records if necessary
- Encode all cash transactions due for consultation and laboratory/diagnostic tests.
- Attending to patients inquiries and concerns.
- Refers patients to the right specialists based on their chief complaint(s)
- Issues consultation queue numbers to patients
- Provides health teaching and gives clear instructions to patients undergoing a test or medical procedure.
- Coordinates with other departments in the delivery of patient care
- Prepares reports required by the Nurse Supervisor as appropriate.
- Assists in the Reception area as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities: Doctors Clinic and Vital Signs Area
- In charge of taking vital signs and other assessments required by the physician
- Prepares doctors room for consultation and/or physical examination.
- Assists patients to and from the doctors room.
- Provides basic nursing care but is not limited to RN-level procedures.
- Attends to emergency and urgency cases under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Attends to patients concerns and inquiries.
- Assists staff nurses in preparing instruments for minor procedures.
- Assists physicians during physical examinations.
- Provides proper charging of supplies used in a procedure.
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of all doctors clinics and vital signs area.
- Provides sanitation and disinfection of medical equipment used.
- Coordinates with other departments in the delivery of patient care.
- Prepares reports required by the Nurse Supervisor as appropriate.
- Assist in the ultrasound area as needed.
- Perform ECG procedure.
- Extending services to medical records when needed
- Coordinates with the HMO in approval of procedures of the client
- Dispensed procedures of the client in the system for proper charging and giving the right instruction to the client
