Job Responsibilitie
- sTechnical lead in the product development of healthcare systems and modules
- .Develops effective and efficient solutions for product evaluations, characterization, qualifications and failure analysis
- .Develops engineering capabilities to accelerate product development. Identifies opportunity for improvements in the development process and product life ownership
- .Works in identifying customer requirement, product definition and product development
- .Works in establishment of Non-Recurring Engineering costs, development costs, resourcing and schedule
- .Works in the creation of test and measurement strategy and execution
- .Works in product qualifications and customer return resolutions
- .Collaborates with the team on growth mindset and a culture that fosters accountability, recognition, open communication and belonging
