Establish robust test architectures that guarantee accuracy, repeatability, and full coverage of product requirements
Drive structured problemsolving (8D, DMAIC, PDCA) for chronic test and product issues
Introduce advanced automation, data analytics, and test methodologies that improve yield and throughput.
Elevate test performance through system optimization, OEE improvements, and costreduction initiatives. Improve test cycle time, equipment uptime, and test coverage
Provide technical leadership and coaching to engineers and technicians
Ensure test platforms are highly reliable, maintainable, and scalable across multiple lines or sites.
Serve as the technical lead for test readiness, from NPI to mass production and EOL
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
Proficiency in handling mix signal devices test resolution
Demonstrated track record of yield/cycle time/OEE improvement and cost down initiatives.
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting LTX-Credence X Series or Diamond X tester platforms, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor test environments.
Knowledgeable in semiconductor test platforms including Advantest V93K, Teradyne MicroFlex, Teradyne UltraFlex, Teradyne J750, and NI PXI,
Knowledgeable in wafer-level and and package-level hardware, including probe cards (vertical, MEMS and cantilever), load boards,test sockets, probers such as TEL and ElectroGlass (EG), and handlers from Cohu, Advantest, and Multitest.
