Your new responsibilities
- Establish robust test architectures that guarantee accuracy, repeatability, and full coverage of product requirements
- Drive structured problem‑solving (8D, DMAIC, PDCA) for chronic test and product issues
- Introduce advanced automation, data analytics, and test methodologies that improve yield and throughput.
- Elevate test performance through system optimization, OEE improvements, and cost‑reduction initiatives. Improve test cycle time, equipment uptime, and test coverage
- Provide technical leadership and coaching to engineers and technicians
- Ensure test platforms are highly reliable, maintainable, and scalable across multiple lines or sites.
- Serve as the technical lead for test readiness, from NPI to mass production and EOL
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in handling mix signal devices test resolution
- Demonstrated track record of yield/cycle time/OEE improvement and cost down initiatives.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting LTX-Credence X Series or Diamond X tester platforms, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor test environments.
- Knowledgeable in semiconductor test platforms including Advantest V93K, Teradyne MicroFlex, Teradyne UltraFlex, Teradyne J750, and NI PXI,
- Knowledgeable in wafer-level and and package-level hardware, including probe cards (vertical, MEMS and cantilever), load boards,test sockets, probers such as TEL and ElectroGlass (EG), and handlers from Cohu, Advantest, and Multitest.
