We're hiring a Staff Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting across multiple entities. If you enjoy month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and improving processes, we'd love to hear from you.
Sage Intacct experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, payroll entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform month-end and year-end close activities.
- Process accounts payable, cash receipts, and bank transactions.
- Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review financial statements and investigate discrepancies.
- Help improve accounting processes using Excel, Sage Intacct, AI, and automation.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with month-end close, AP, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Required: Sage Intacct experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in using AI and automation to improve efficiency.
