Stablecoin Product Specialist

About the Role

As a Stablecoin Product Specialist, you'll work across Product, Growth, Design, and Merchant Success to improve how businesses discover, adopt, and use Tylt.

This is a cross-functional role where you'll help identify opportunities to improve the merchant experience, support product initiatives, research emerging payment trends, and contribute to the growth of our payment infrastructure.

You'll collaborate closely with founders and multiple teams to turn customer insights into better products and experiences.

• Research merchant needs and identify opportunities to improve the payment experience.
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Growth teams on new initiatives.
• Analyze payment flows and identify opportunities to simplify merchant journeys.
• Research trends across stablecoins, blockchain payments, fintech, and digital commerce.
• Assist with product launches, feature rollouts, and merchant enablement initiatives.
• Create clear documentation and internal resources for new product capabilities.
• Support user testing, feedback collection, and product validation activities.
• Help improve merchant onboarding and product adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• 1–4 years of experience in product, design, fintech, payments, research, growth, customer experience, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about how digital products are built and improved.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for fintech, blockchain, stablecoins, and modern payment infrastructure.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced startup.
