About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead hiring for software engineering roles across Web Development, Mobile, AI/ML, Big Data, Cloud & DevOps, and QA/QC.
This role is both strategic and hands-on - you will own sourcing channels, drive speed and quality in placements, and act as a trusted partner to clients while ensuring an excellent customer and candidate experience.
What Success Looks Like
- Delivering within SLA for technical hiring
- Filling 75%+ of assigned openings within 12 weeks
- Achieving an average hiring agility of 14 days or less
- Maintaining 80%+ placement retention at 30-60-90 days
- Driving high candidate and client satisfaction
Your Scope and Expertise
- Stakeholder & Account Management: Has demonstrated strong and confident ownership (face-to-face interactions) in managing client and stakeholder relationships, clarifying needs, aligning expectations, and resolving fulfillment challenges.
- Engagement & Execution: Has demonstrated proactive communication, timely updates, and effective collaboration while managing multiple technical openings efficiently.
- Leadership & Problem Solving: Has demonstrated initiative in leading co-Recruiters, identifying blockers early, and providing actionable, data-backed solutions.
- Negotiation & Innovation: Has demonstrated confidence in balancing requirements with market realities and introducing creative sourcing and engagement strategies.
- Networking & Collaboration: Has demonstrated success in expanding reach through tech communities, referrals, and partnerships while managing priorities with speed and quality.
Qualifications
- 3+ years full-cycle recruitment experience
- 2+ years full-cycle recruitment experience in software engineering / software development
- Exposure to recruiting for Cloud roles (GCP is a strong plus; AWS or Azure experience is also welcome)
- Exposure to recruiting for DevOps and Back-End roles (strong plus)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills and strong remote work discipline.
Role Expectations:
- Location: Bacolod or Cebu City-based
- Work Set up: Hybrid - willing and able to work onsite
- Employment Type: Full-time, Regular
Work Schedule:
- Mid-Shitt, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Mondays to Fridays
- Flexy for events
Rate Range:
- Php 40,000 to Php 50,000, though candidates with advanced experience, deeper expertise and strong alignment with the role's needs are still highly encouraged to apply.
