Work closely withstakeholders andproject team tounderstand andrecommendBI solutions, including architecture
Define the structure, roles, and responsibilities of each project team member
Monitor and lead the solutioning team to ensuretimelycompletion of deliverables, as well asidentifytasks to beallocatedon a sprint
Collaboratewith COEs and cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to understand report requirements
Gather data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, logs, and external datasets.
Develop andmaintaindata pipelines, automations, andvariousreporting solutions including but not limited to Power Platforms
Convert raw data into a format suitable for analysis through data cleansing, normalization,transformation,and modeling
Manage BI platforms including system updates, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Develop apps and automated workflowsas part of a reporting solution
Developreports and dashboardstopresent data in a visually understandable manner andtoprovideactionable insights
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success
Mentor, train, andprovidetechnical guidance on dashboarding / business intelligence requirements
Conduct code reviews, scripts analysis and optimization, as well astestingofreporting automationsorbusiness intelligence solutions
Conduct team performance reviews and knowledge check-ins
Create project estimates and busin ess solutioning proposals
Enforce data quality and consistency by implementing business standards and audit checks
Consistent review ofexistingprocessesanddocumentation
Create and executebusiness processimprovements
Stay updated on business intelligence trends and incorporate design and development best practices
Research and development of process and technical improvements forexisting solutions and emerging technologies
Participate in new hire selection process
Providesprofessional advice - takes a lead role of process or program execution
Is accountable for own work and contributes to setting standards throughexpertisein own job discipline thatimpactothers deliverables
Work is guided by cascaded policies or business plans
May lead medium tolarge sizeprojects or work streams with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity with multiple teamsrepresentingdifferent interests
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply
Experience: At leastsevenyearsofextensiveexperience in PowerPlatforms(especially Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate)and other Business Intelligence tools, big data, and Azure platforms
Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
Shift Schedule (mid/night): Amenability to work on the assigned schedule (dependent on business need)
Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
Demonstrateexpertiseofreports and dashboard developmentusing Power Platforms
Experience withQlikview, SQL, Data Lakeis a plus
Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus
Knowledge of machine learning concepts
Knowledge of ETL processes to manipulate and manage data
Familiarity withreporting tools to generate reports and compelling visualizations for stakeholders
Ability toidentifyand resolve issues,and recommendbestvisualizations andreporting solutionsbased on reporting requirements
Ability to coach and provideconsultation sessionswithsubordinates, project teams,and stakeholders

Planning and organizational skills, including ability to prepare schedules and communicate status of overall development effort
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strongcommunicationand interpersonal skills
Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) Certified
Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)Certified
Power Platform Developer Associate(PL-400) is a plus
