Job Overview:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Data, Insights & Workforce Intelligence Specialist is responsible for leading recruitment analytics, workforce intelligence, market benchmarking, and strategic reporting initiatives that support Talent Acquisition and business leadership decision-making. The role serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by transforming complex recruitment and labor market data into actionable insights, delivering executive-level reporting and presentations, and providing recommendations that drive hiring effectiveness, workforce planning, and operational excellence. The position also serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for IIR reporting and wage analysis, providing talent market intelligence, compensation insights, and benchmarking data to support strategic hiring decisions and Talent Acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Talent Acquisition SME for recruitment analytics, workforce intelligence, IIR reporting, wage analysis, and market benchmarking.
- Analyze and interpret recruitment, workforce, and labor market data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence studies to provide insights on talent availability, industry hiring trends, and recruitment best practices.
- Perform internal and external benchmarking analyses to evaluate Talent Acquisition performance against industry standards and market conditions.
- Lead wage analysis activities by assessing compensation trends, market rates, geographic differentials, and talent supply-demand dynamics.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Generate and deliver recruitment analytics reports, pipeline analyses, workforce intelligence reports, and consolidated business insights.
- Validate Talent Acquisition metrics and report outputs to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.
- Coordinate and deliver the Monthly Operating Report, providing meaningful analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and present executive-level reports, business reviews, and strategic presentations to Talent Acquisition leadership and key stakeholders.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Compensation, and business leaders to understand reporting requirements and provide consultative analytic support.
- Conduct periodic audits of Talent Acquisition processes, reporting, compliance measures, and data quality to ensure governance and operational effectiveness.
- Consolidate and analyze data from multiple systems and sources to provide comprehensive workforce and recruitment insights.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize reporting processes, data governance, automation, and analytics capabilities.
- Maintain reporting repositories, documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources while supporting ad hoc analysis, research initiatives, and leadership requests.
- Support and coordinate Talent Acquisition and HR projects by providing project management, reporting, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and progress tracking to ensure timely and effective execution of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition analytics, workforce reporting, HR analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience performing recruitment metrics analysis, including Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Source Effectiveness, and other Talent Acquisition KPIs.
- Experience conducting data validation, audits, and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced global environment.
