Key Responsibilities
As Sr. Supervisor Consumer Engagement (CE) Field for Legal Aged Meeting Places (LAMPs), you will lead, manage, and coach your team of specialists in order to achieve business objectives. Reporting to the Manager of Consumer Engagement, you will help manage the team in terms of their individual territories and other responsibilities as shared below:

Key Responsibilities
As Sr. Supervisor Consumer Engagement (CE) Field for Legal Aged Meeting Places (LAMPs), you will lead, manage, and coach your team of specialists in order to achieve business objectives. Reporting to the Manager of Consumer Engagement, you will help manage the team in terms of their individual territories and other responsibilities as shared below:
- Lead LAMP contract proposals, negotiations, and partnerships.
- Ensure effective visibility, merchandising, and activation across LAMP outlets.
- Build strong relationships with partners to support consumer engagement and business growth.
- Develop and execute territory business plans, including merchandising, pricing, and distribution strategies.
- Monitor team performance and drive target achievement.
- At least 3 years of Supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG field sales or consumer engagement.
- Knowledge of LAMP operations, consumer trends, and industry dynamics.
- Experience in project and event management, including budget monitoring.
- Valid driver's license with good driving skills.
- Willing to cover Visayas and Mindanao and work mid-shift.
