Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Sr. Supervisor, Global Payroll to lead timekeeping operations and support PH payroll. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely issue resolution while managing a team and acting as the key escalation point. This role also serves as a backup to the Payroll Manager with strong potential for succession.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of 8 payroll professionals
  • Oversee daily timekeeping operations and support PH payroll
  • Act as the POC for escalations and ensure issue resolution
  • Maintain compliance and conduct timekeeping/payroll audits
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and global teams
  • Step in for the Payroll Manager when needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related course
  • 7+ years payroll experience (2 yrs PH + 3 yrs global)
  • Manufacturing/shared services background is a plus
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Experience with UKG or similar systems
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and growth mindset
  • Audit exposure (RBA/SOX) and Payroll certifications is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work on a Hybrid setup
