About The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced
Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design and execution of structural works for our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, quality, and compliance while delivering cost-effective engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee structural design, analysis, and calculations for assigned projects
- Review and approve structural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Conduct site inspections and monitor structural works progress
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Identify risks and recommend efficient and safe structural solutions
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
- Prepare and submit engineering reports and technical documentation
Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC required)
- At least 10 years of experience as a Structural Engineer
- Proven experience in structural design and project execution
- Strong knowledge of structural codes, standards, and best practices
- Proficient in software such as ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in infrastructure, road, or highway projects
- Background in consultancy or construction firms
- Exposure to international engineering standards
