We are looking for a Senior Specialist that specializes in reports, AI technology, and advanced innovative solutions that can efficiently help in support our operational groups.
Responsibilities
- Create and update reports using Excel and Power BI to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
- Assist in designing reporting templates and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends that support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with leads to understand the data needs and tailor reports accordingly.
- Communicate findings and reports effectively to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Address and resolve reporting issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to regular operations.
- Apply analytical thinking to improve existing reports and processes.
- Adapt to new reporting requirements and changes in business needs proactively.
- Support efforts to streamline and automate reporting processes where possible.
- Support project initiatives within the reporting function as directed by senior team members. - Presentation and reporting of the data delivered
- Demonstrated success in utilizing AI tools and technologies in a work setting to drive efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years minimum experience in data analysis and reporting
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Strong project management skills
- Collaborative mindset
Internal Eligibility
- Must have at least 6 months of tenure and holds regular employment status
- Holds a Performance Rating of Consistently Meets Performance or higher
- Has no active disciplinary record (Verbal Warning or above)
- Has no active or ongoing ER/ Ethics case and has not been found guilty of any Ethicspoint case
- Not currently enrolled in Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
- Strong knowledge and background in reporting
