About the Role

The Sr. SEO Content Writer role serves as a cross-functional content and SEO function that works closely with the company's marketing, content, and development teams. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and expanding high-quality content in close coordination with the Content team, supporting organic growth and SEO performance. By reviewing analytics and SEO data, this role helps guide content optimizations and ongoing improvements. Primarily our content specialists are expected to become experts in the spaces we create user centric content for.

Working within a structured editorial workflow, the Sr. SEO Content Writer will produce high-quality drafts that require minimal revision, as all content will be reviewed and edited by the Content Supervisor before publication. You will handle content creation, editing, article writing, internal linking, on-page SEO optimization, machine translations, data entry, and error fixes, while reviewing analytics and supporting ongoing content improvements. The role also provides exposure to how product positioning and marketing concepts are applied across content.

Core Responsibilities

· Write product, category, and subcategory pages following predefined structures and templates

· Produce blog posts and informational articles related to vaporizers and the industry

· Create core website pages, including About Us, shipping policies, and other support or trust pages

· Apply proper heading structures, formatting, and maintain readability across all pages

· Interlink relevant pages to support navigation and SEO

· Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and clarity

· Submit content that requires minimal editorial revision and follows the editorial workflow

· Perform content editing, on-page SEO optimization, internal linking, machine translations, data entry, and error fixes as needed

· Review analytics and SEO data to support ongoing content improvements

· Collaborate with the Content team and assist related marketing initiatives as required

· AI will be used to a limited extent to create and speed up the process of the contention, but we have strict quality guidelines that require the content specialist to curate the content to be correct and accurate

Requirements:

· 3+ years of content writing experience, with a focus on SEO

· Fluent in English (spoken and written); French and/or German is a plus

· Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field.

· Experience writing website content

· Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics) and keyword research/tracking

· Basic understanding of SEO best practices

· Able to research topics and present content clearly without overuse of AI

· Available to work EST hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

· Own a personal computer or laptop suitable for work
