About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, data-driven, and highly proactive Sr. SEO & Content Automation Specialist (Search Atlas Expert) to support and execute the company's established SEO strategies. This is a new role designed to support both internal efforts and automotive clients, with the strategic goal of scaling services to non-automotive sectors.

This position was explicitly created because the clients are moving fast and need to alleviate the workload of their core team. 

Work hours:  Night shift in Philippines and aligned with the Client's Local Time Zone in the US

What you'll do

• SEO Blueprint Maintenance & Execution: Take the helm of our established client-facing and internal local SEO blueprints to monitor, maintain, and steadily elevate organic search visibility.
• Daily Platform Dominance (Search Atlas): Wield Search Atlas daily to manage technical site health audits, on-page content optimizations, keyword tracking, and backlink/map pack domination strategies. 
• AI Content Conjuring: Utilize our highly specific internal AI prompt frameworks and tools like ChatGPT to efficiently generate and optimize automated content assets. No heavy manual copywriting from scratch required—you are the pilot of the automation engine.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams. If your spoken English communication skills are immaculate, you will also step directly in front of our scaling, non-automotive client base to consult on strategy.
• Data Detective Work: Dive deep into Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track performance metrics and turn raw data into clean, actionable growth reports.

What You Bring

• Experience: At least 3+ years of proven technical SEO background (on-page, off-page, technical optimization) working with digital agencies, startups, or global clients. 
• Tool Proficiency (Mandatory): Day-one mastery and hands-on experience with Search Atlas is a must. 
• Core Tech Stack: Deep working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and local map pack optimization framework.  
• Impeccable Attention to Detail: A high-precision work style is a core cultural anchor for us. 
• Communication & Coachability: Highly articulate written and verbal English communication skills. We weigh coachability, punctuality, and a proactive personality equally with raw technical expertise.
• Timeline Flexibility: We are open to exceptional candidates who are currently employed and need to render a standard 30-day notice period to join us.
