Sr. Search Engine Optimization Specialist

• Analyze competitors SEO strategies to identify content gaps and opportunities we can capitalize on to gain increased SERP visibility
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance leveraging Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Analyze behavior from Google Analytics, Google Search Console and 3rd party research tools to develop insights, strategy and recommendations
• Prepare findings in PPT decks & Google slides
• Perform regular audits of the website to identify technical issues, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords
• Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase the website's authority and backlink profile; this is a global Honeywell SEO focus
• Monitor and improve website performance, speed, and mobile friendliness
• Manage and optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and canonical URLs
• Track key SEO metrics and create regular reports to communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct testing and optimizations and share results with SEO Director
• Consult on wireframes and staging websites from an SEO perspective
• Adhere to the SEO guidelines and follow SEO best practices
• Keep up on all Algorithm Updates and Industry Trends

Requirements

• Prior experience with creating and executing SEO strategies
• Experience with SEO tools like listed above
• Knowledge of MS Excel to break down data sets to create custom reports
• Keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Must be amenable to work on a NIGHT SHIFT
