Role Description

  • Drive sales of Identity Management and Application Security solutions, including Strong Authentication, Single Sign-On, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) for enterprise customers. Understanding of enterprise digital transformation is an advantage.
  • Develop and execute an effective sales and channel strategy to achieve revenue targets for assigned territories. Provide leadership in business development, including cultivating new opportunities and building a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Foster direct customer engagement and accelerate pipeline growth through executive alignment and strategic channel partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to position security solutions to end customers. Take a leading role in converting business opportunities into qualified pipelines and closed deals.
  • Work closely with channel partners to drive commitment, enablement, and promotion of the company's solutions.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain strong CRM discipline to support sales planning, tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT software, solutions, or services sales experience, with a proven record in key account penetration and management. Experience in the Banking/FSI sector or channel management is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in a hunter role with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience selling enterprise security solutions, particularly in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM), is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Englishboth written and verbal. Experience in a multinational working environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels (C-Suite/EVP/FVP) in major accounts. Proven track record in account management and channel sales.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, with solid leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.
