Job Description
- Provide pre-sales technical support for robotics solutions and automation projects.
- Support customers and business partners throughout the sales and implementation process.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution discussions.
- Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Assist with robotics installation, commissioning, and system integration activities.
- Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, partners, and end users across the region.
- Support project execution and ensure successful deployment of robotics solutions.
- Conduct site visits and provide field-based technical assistance.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and regional teams to drive business growth.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and service updates.
- Stay current on robotics, automation, and industry trends.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sr Regional Engineer, Robotics Should Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in robotics, automation, technical support, field service, or industrial engineering.
- Experience within electronics manufacturing, industrial automation, or robotics environments preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting customers in a technical or field-based capacity.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and business partners.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across Southeast Asia.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with robotics installation, maintenance, or system integration is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
