The Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead end-to-end service delivery for healthcare talent acquisition, ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations and strategic partnership development.
- Oversee people management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and retention initiatives for up to 100 FTEs.
- Drive operational excellence by developing and implementing process improvements and scalable solutions for team growth and efficiency.
- Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute strategies for expansion, scaling teams, and adapting to evolving client needs and market trends.
The Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in RPO/Talent Acquisition for Healthcare business.
- Healthcare industry knowledge and compliance expertise for US Market.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Experienced in managing green start and new projects related to RPO Healthcare.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling teams and managing rapid growth.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
