Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of Recruitment Delivery Managers to achieve portfolio or regional recruitment targets and goals.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies at a portfolio or regional level to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
- Ensure that all recruitment processes at a portfolio or regional level are effective and efficient and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients at a portfolio or regional level to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with high-quality recruitment services.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers at a portfolio or regional level to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and establish candidate evaluation criteria.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics at a portfolio or regional level to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to optimize recruitment processes.
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the job market.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at a portfolio or regional level and establish processes to ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant experience.
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years in a management or leadership position.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and goals at a portfolio or regional level.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients at a portfolio or regional level.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
