JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruitment Officer will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions, from sourcing through offer acceptance, ensuring both speed and quality of hire.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource, Psychology, or any related field
- Strong track record of end-to-end hiring for technical or IT roles
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly independent, results-driven, and proactive in approach
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver against tight deadlines
- Full HR experience (beyond recruitment), including exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or HR policy implementation, is a strong advantage, particularly in aligning recruitment outcomes with broader HR and organizational requirements
