Job Description

An organisation operating within the financial services industry, located in BGC, Taguig.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technology talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

A successful Sr. Recruiter (Technology) should have:

Proven experience in recruiting within the technology sector.
