Sr. R&D Technologist (Industrial Engineer)

I. Job Summary

This position is responsible in planning and conceptualizing design, development of new products and participates in other related manufacturing processes. The position performs laboratory experimentation and conducts test of new and existing equipment to conform with the requirement of the products. The position also assists in establishing the equipment standards relative to product quality.

II. Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in Product and Research Development related in the same industry
• Strong background in food formulation, recipe optimization, and shelf-life testing
