- BS Engineering Graduate or equivalent experience)
- More than 7 years experience handling FVI any FPC/PCB manufacturing company . With more than 5 years leadership experience
- Knowledgeable with FMEA, 8D, SPC, Why Why Analysis, OCAP and Production Planning
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong leadership, analytical skills and critical thinking
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Keen to details, can work with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work on shifting schedule, can work under pressure
- Customer service oriented.
