Main Duties and Responsibilities
TheSenior Product Specialist for Electronic Gaming Terminals (EGTs)supports the development, enhancement, and performance monitoring of EGT products. The role ensures products meet regulatory requirements, satisfy customer needs, and remain competitive within the gaming industry. This position works cross-functionally to provide product expertise, insights, and technical guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, developing, and improving EGT products to align with market needs and company strategy.
- Conduct detailed research on gaming trends, competitive products, player behavior, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of updates, features, and product releases.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, game development, design, compliance, and QA teams to ensure product quality and readiness.
- Contribute to product launch activities, including documentation preparation, coordination with operations, and deployment support at gaming sites.
- Monitor and analyze product performance using data insights, KPIs, field feedback, and customer reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to gather customer feedback and recommend product enhancements.
- Conduct user testing, field evaluations, competitive benchmarking, and regulatory reviews.
- Coordinate with external suppliers or technology partners as required for product-related activities.
- Ensure all EGT products comply with industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a product-focused role, preferably within electronic gaming terminals, slot machines, gaming software, casino systems, or similar gaming technologies.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and hardwaresoftware integration for electronic gaming devices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate performance data and user insights.
- Good awareness of target markets, player behavior, and gaming industry trends.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting product launches and lifecycle processes in a technology or gaming environment.
- Background in consumer electronics, gaming equipment, or software development is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.
