This role sits in the LeapOut PH team and works day-to-day with AU clients, AU stakeholders, and LeapFrogger teams, operating at Australian standards, timelines, and expectations.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Digital Performance Manager (AU Market) is a senior, hands-on role responsible for managing the execution, optimisation, and performance of digital marketing and media campaigns for Australian clientsprimarily LeapFrogger's accounts.

You will act as a trusted execution and delivery lead, owning campaign performance, client communication, internal coordination, and continuous improvement. This role blends planning & buying discipline, performance thinking, and strong client service, while mentoring junior team members in the PH delivery team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary PH-based point of contact for AU clients and LeapFrogger stakeholders on assigned accounts
  • Manage daily communications, expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Translate client objectives into clear, executable digital strategies
  • Proactively recommend improvements to move clients forward commercially and strategically

Digital Strategy, Planning & Execution

  • Implement, manage, and optimise digital campaigns across platforms including: Google Ads
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Other relevant AU digital platforms as required
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to agreed KPIs
  • Support media planning, buying, and optimisation decisions grounded in performance data

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Deliver regular performance reports aligned to AU client standards
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in reporting and documentation

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, guide, and support Digital Coordinators and specialists within the PH team
  • Work cross-functionally with:
  • Creative
  • SEO
  • Tech / Dev
  • Analytics

  • Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous learning

Budget & Quality Control

  • Manage media budgets responsibly and efficiently
  • Ensure campaigns comply with internal QA processes, approvals, and documentation standards
  • Maintain financial discipline across campaigns and activations

Process, Tools & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and delivery processes
  • Stay current on AU market trends, platform updates, and new ad formats
  • Champion best practices in digital media, analytics, and optimisation

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Media

  • Own the implementation, optimisation, and reporting of digital media campaigns
  • Support Digital Coordinators in: Researching and building digital strategies
  • Campaign setup and trafficking
  • Performance analysis and pacing
  • Teach and reinforce the use of proprietary and third-party tools for insights and optimisation
  • Monitor competitor activity, trends, and benchmarks in the AU market

Account & Project Management

  • Oversee internal briefings and task alignment
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables
  • Ensure campaigns meet quality, budget, and approval requirements
  • Coordinate with AU stakeholders on expectations and deadlines

Client Service Excellence

  • Lead or support client WIPs and performance discussions

  • Alin campaigns to clearly defined, trackable business goals
  • Maintain consistent, accurate reporting across all campaigns
  • Coach junior team members on delivering high-quality client service

REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in the Philippines (remote / hybrid depending on setup)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably agency-side
  • Media planning and buying experience is highly valued
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications preferred
  • Experience managing or mentoring 12+ direct reports
  • Willingness to work AU business hours or overlapping shifts as required
